DBS Wealth
As the UX designer for DBS Wealth’s RM Mobility tool, I worked to radically improve efficiency for Relationship Managers. By shadowing RMs to deeply understand their workflow and collaborating closely with the tech team to address constraints, we designed a solution that saves time exponentially and streamlines daily tasks. This project demonstrates how user-centered design and hands-on research can transform internal tools for real business impact.

Too Many Tools, Too Little Time
Our research revealed that Relationship Managers had to juggle multiple tools just to prepare for a single client meeting. This fragmented workflow wasted valuable time and made it harder to deliver a seamless client experience. These findings shaped our focus on streamlining and unifying their daily tasks.
